Our scope of services include geriatric, pediatric, orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, musculoskeletal, post surgical, post acute, and sports rehabilitation.
Our primary company role is to provide skilled Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Medical Social Work services to our Home Health Agency partners.
The highest priority of TheraSource is to ensure that the patients’ needs and safety in the home and community setting are placed first, and to strive for patients to obtain the highest level of autonomy in that setting. Home safety assessments and equipment modifications with recommendations are standard with all patient referrals to ensure optimal success.
